The Personal Development Process follows my bespoke A DANCE
model, based on standard coaching models such as GROW, combined with
the best current NLP techniques and practise
The model takes you through the following stages, potentially a number of times:
- Analysis of the
current situation
- Deciding what you
want to achieve, taking
- Actions to achieve
your desired outcome
- Noticing what happens
- Changing the approach,
as required
- Exiting the process,
having achieved a satisfactory outcome
Going through this process the emphasis is on both of us:
- listening
- challenging
- exploring alternative options
