A Model of Applied Mindfulness

The approach taken to developing mindfulness, whether it is in retreats, workshops, courses, or coaching, through face to face, online or written or other media is based on this model.  

It sets out the context of having an overarching theme, set in context of the individuals internal and external world. It the goes in the highlight the three ways we encourage practice: through meditation, through applied attitudes and by the lived practice of using various approaches, tools and techniques.
